HANDICAP RACE 

1. Each swimmer will be emailed a handicap number prior to event, which will be based off each swimmers personal best time, relative to the fastest swimmer entered.
2. Each swimmer will be emailed a handicap number prior to event, which will be based off each swimmers personal best time, relative to the fastest swimmer entered.
3. The set will be 5x50m with each 50m swum off a handicap.
4. The interval for each 50m will be descending- 60,55,50,45 and 40.
5. The starter will call handicap numbers and swimmers will leave when they hear their handicap number.
6. The top 6 swimmers with the lowest overall time for five 50s will then move to finals.
7. The winner for both female and male will be the fastest off the handicap for 50 m in the finals. 
8. There will be 5 minutes between the last heat and the final.
9. Females will go first. 

SWOLF SCORE RACE 
1. Each swimmer will swim 50 m free times & stroke count added together. Lowest score wins.
