Over the July School holidays and during the day, Coach Sam will be running 30 minute classes. A mixture of small groups focusing on Dives and Turns, and one on one lessons will be available to choose from.

Small Groups for dives and turns are $20 per class
One on one lessons are $50

Monday 13th and 20th of July:
10:00 am one on one
10:30 am one on one
11:00 am 11yo & under Dives from the blocks
11:30 am 11yo & under Freestyle and Backstroke Tumble Turns
Thursday 16th and 23rd of July:
10:00 am one on one
10:30 am one on one
11:00 am 12yo & over Dives from the blocks
11:30 am 12yo & over Freestyle and Backstroke Tumble Turns
Friday 17th and 24th of July:
10:00 am one on one
10:30 am one on one
11:00 am Backstroke Starts (all ages welcome)
11:30 am Butterfly and Breaststroke Touch Turns (all ages welcome)
