The FHC squad is ideal for school-aged individuals looking to enhance their swimming skills and fitness levels. It provides a fantastic opportunity for those involved in other aquatic activities or seeking to swim for fitness recovery. 

Sessions are led by a qualified swimming coach.

The available sessions are on Wednesdays from 6:30am to 7:30am and Fridays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
