Heat Squad

Join Heat Squad for our Saturday morning swim training sessions! 6.30am - 8.00am.  Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, train for water polo, triathlons, or surf, or simply enhance your swimming technique, our sessions have got you covered. 

Our experienced coaches will guide you through training sets and teach you how to effectively apply your skills. With a maximum of 15 swimmers per group, you'll receive personalised attention and support. 

To ensure a productive training environment, swimmers must be capable of swimming 50 meters freestyle in under 50 seconds. Don't worry if you need to work on your stroke technique in other strokes - we also offer stroke improvement sessions.

Our Saturday training sessions are open for casual visits, so you can drop in whenever it suits your schedule. To secure your spot, book below today!
